Muhammad Jubair, P.Eng., brings over 20 years of experience in Civil and Municipal Infrastructure engineering design, spanning site plans, subdivision, roads, bridges, culverts, land development, and stormwater management projects across Ontario and internationally.
Muhammad has delivered critical roles on some of Canada’s most significant transit expansion programs — including the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension, the Scarborough Subway Extension, and the Hurontario Light Rapid Transit — as Senior Designer and Technical Lead on P3 Design-Build-Finance joint ventures.

Eglinton Crosstown West Extension — Advance Tunnel Contract
Toronto, ON — Infrastructure Ontario / Metrolinx
Senior Designer for P3 Design-Build-Finance joint venture (West End Connectors). Led design of 6.4km advance tunnel contract including launch/extraction shafts, 4 emergency exit headwalls, 8 station headwalls, 9 cross passages, and the new portal structure at Scarlett Road with Eglinton Avenue realignment.

Senior Designer for P3 Design-Build-Finance joint venture (East End Connectors). Detailed design proposal for 7.8km tunnel from Kennedy Station to Sheppard Ave & McCowan Rd. Includes 3 new stations, extraction shaft in Eglinton Avenue East, roadway diversion, and utility rerouting.

Mississauga / Brampton, ON — Metrolinx / Team Mobilinx
Technical Lead for drainage design along the 5.7km most-constrained southern corridor. Works include storm sewer design, Mary Fix Creek channel design, utility coordination, 3D modeling in Open Roads, 14 TPSS facility sites, OMSF Yard, and Port Credit Station civil design.

Senior Designer for the 5.70km redevelopment of Williams Parkway from McLaughlin Rd to Dixie Rd. Responsible for minor storm sewer works and all drainage drawings prepared in Microstation per City of Brampton and Regional standards.

Yonge St. Revitalization Design
East Gwillimbury, ON
Design lead for revitalization including multi-use trail construction, sidewalk upgrades, road resurfacing, public realm improvements, and watermain reconstruction. Led detailed design team through QA/QC and regional approvals.

Design Lead for CMP replacement with headwall at 65 Watsons Lane and storm culvert/outfall remediation at Golf Links Road. Full design sets, construction staging, detailing, and QA/QC per City of Hamilton standards in Microstation.

Port Hope Area Initiative — Remediation & Restoration
Port Hope, ON — Canadian Nuclear Laboratories / ECC
Design Lead for environmental remediation and civil/landscaping restoration at four sites including John Street, Lions Recreation Centre Park, and Chemetron Lagoon. Three sites at 100% IFC completion; fourth at 95%. Ongoing 2022–present.

Design Engineer for multi-phase industrial business subdivision development from initial studies through construction. Full-service including geotechnical, hydro-geological, SWM, grading/servicing, zoning by-law amendments, plan of subdivision, and Conservation Authority approvals.

Civil Manager and design lead for full civil and drainage engineering from preliminary through construction. Includes 1,000m+ of new municipal roads, geotechnical and hydrogeological services, composite utility, traffic design, and contract administration.

7-Eleven Gas Stations — Multi-Site Program
Ontario, Alberta & British Columbia
Design Manager for multi-site gas station civil design program across central Ontario and western Canada. Responsibilities include grading, servicing, SWM, coordination with reviewing authorities, RFI responses, and site inspections for construction conformance.
